At Liverpool Los Angeles, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
